- CPR Part 35 governs the use of expert evidence in civil proceedings in England and Wales. A Part 35 compliant expert owes their primary duty to the court, not to the instructing party. Key Ledgers is fully CPR Part 35 qualified and provides expert reports, joint statements and court attendance as required.
- Timelines depend on the complexity of the matter and the volume of documents to be reviewed. We always work to agreed court timetables and will discuss realistic timescales at the outset of an instruction. Urgent instructions can be accommodated where capacity allows.
